Deposits

• All deposits are Non - Refundable and are Required upon booking!

• All deposits are credited towards your final balance!

  ***NOTE: Deposits can not and will not be credited towards cancellation charges. Deposits can be credited toward your rescheduled appointment. If a new appointment is not scheduled within 24 hours your deposit is then forfeited.***

• Your remaining balance is the price of your service plus any Add-Ons you may desire minus your initial deposit. Your Balance is to be Paid in Full at time of service via cash or Cashapp.

  
  
  
  
  

  COVID-19/ Health Guidelines

• Under extreme circumstances or health issues , Appointments Can and Will be Subject to Change. 

• If you feel sick or experience any COVID -19 symptoms please DO NOT show up for your appointment and contact Justice to reschedule your appointment

• Face masks are not mandatory but are encouraged.

• If Your Appointment is scheduled improperly it Will be Rescheduled to my next open availability , where I am able to accommodate your service in Full. (unless I do not have a client after yours )

  
  
  
  
  

  Hair Cleanliness

During your appointment

• Half way through any & every Serviced Appointment we will take an 1/2 hour to hour break before we resume the next half.

• Unruly & Disrespectful clients will NOT be tolerated - all deposits WILL be lost.

Last Minute appointment fees

Emergency Booking Retainer: $100

• Need a last minute appointment? EMAIL KULTUREKRIB@GAMIL.COM to inquire about availability. Once confirmed with a stylist, book your appointment and add on the “Emergency Booking Retainer” fee to your service. We will be sure to accommodate you with a full Salon Experience within 1-2 days.

  *** If you need to make an appointment on a day the shop is closed you may also use the “Emergency Booking Retainer” add on to your booking. (Must first be confirmed with stylist)

After Hours / Squeeze In Retainer: $75

• Are you super busy? Trouble finding an appointment time that fits your schedule? NO PROBLEM! Book an “Add Me to the Wait List” appointment and a stylist will reach out to you within 1-2 business days. You may also EMAIL KULTUREKRIB@GMAIL.COM to follow up with us. Once confirmed with stylist please apply the “After Hours Retainer” add-on to your appointment. (Must first be confirmed with stylist)

Cancellation / no show policy

• If you do not arrive to your scheduled appointment without notice we will charge 50% of the scheduled service cost. Last minute cancellations may be charged an additional $50 cancellation fee. In addition, walking out of your scheduled appointment before completion may result in a charge from 25%-100%. By scheduling a service with us and/or paying for any products or services, you agree to provide a card on file that will be securely stored in accordance with PCI compliance. By scheduling any services with us you agree to the policy listed above and agree to any charges that may be incurred. We understand that emergencies occur and each case will be evaluated fairly.

Braid Policy :

Shampoo, Deep Conditioning, & a Blow Out is Complimentary with ALL services so if You prefer to Air Dry please Detangle Your Hair and come with your hair in Twist or Platt (Braid) to keep your hair from Matting !

ACV Rinses are available ! This Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse is a deep clarifying treatment that can be provided to Your braiding hair before the service to give you a more Relaxing, Clean, & Way Less Itchy protective style!

If Your Hair is Ear - Chin length or shorter

Please make sure you schedule a Consultation prior to booking your service to make sure your hair is in a healthy state to get braided and to ensure you book the correct appt.

If You’ve Already had Your Consultation

Please be sure to add on Tucking to your service!

All services with added Braiding Hair needed will be provided with your service!

• Please Note : Only Natural Colors are Provided with services - if you would like a

fashion color please fill out the intake form to request and see if color is available ( i will

reach out to you if the color is not available. I recommend uploading a second color as a

back up if first option is unavailable. )

• Take the time to fill all of the intake forms out - this is critical to ensuring the stylist is

providing a Comfortable Full Salon Experience ! ( please keep in mind that I am a

Natural Stylist all of my products are organic mostly with nuts fruits and herbs so don't

forget to fill out the allergy bit )

• If you are bringing your own hair ( please make sure the hair is Pre - Stretched )

Understanding what Length to Get

When considering the perfect length for you please keep in mind that the length of your torso is also going to be a factor. For example those people who tend to be or the shorter scale have smaller torso so 24” can surpass the upper buttocks however on a taller body type it might barely touch the lower back line so this is something to keep in mind when selecting style lengths.

Please keep in mind that All Deposits are used to purchase materials needed to service

your requested appt. So if you choose to change your color or length please understand

that additional charges may be added to accommodate said request.
