Your remaining balance is the price of your service plus any Add-Ons you may desire minus your initial deposit. Your Balance is to be Paid in Full at time of service via cash or Cashapp.

Half way through any & every serviced appointment we will take an 1/2 hour to hour break before we resume the next half.

Unruly & Disrespectful clients will NOT be tolerated - all deposits WILL be lost.

Nope! All services will receive shampoo & conditioning service so don’t worry about shampooing your hair.

$15 off your whole service when pre shampooed damp is fine (blowdry included)

$30 off your whole service pre shampooed & Blow dryed

Face masks are not mandatory but are encouraged.

If your appointment is scheduled improperly it will be rescheduled to our next open availability , where I we are able to accommodate your service in Full. (unless we do not have a client after you)

Shampoo, Deep Conditioning, & a Blow Out is Complimentary with ALL services so if You prefer to Air Dry please Detangle Your Hair and come with your hair in Twist or Platt (Braid) to keep your hair from Matting !

ACV Rinses are available ! This Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse is a deep clarifying treatment that can be provided to Your braiding hair before the service to give you a more Relaxing, Clean, & Way Less Itchy protective style!

If Your Hair is Ear - Chin length or shorter

Please make sure you schedule a Consultation prior to booking your service to make sure your hair is in a healthy state to get braided and to ensure you book the correct appt.

Emergency Booking Retainer: $100

Need a last minute appointment? EMAIL KULTUREKRIB@GMAIL.COM to inquire about availability. Once confirmed with a stylist, book your appointment and add on the “Emergency Booking Retainer” fee to your service. We will be sure to accommodate you with a full Salon Experience within 1-2 days.

*** If you need to make an appointment on a day the shop is closed you may also use the “Emergency Booking Retainer” add on to your booking. (Must first be confirmed with stylist)

After Hours / Squeeze In Retainer: $75

Are you super busy? Trouble finding an appointment time that fits your schedule? NO PROBLEM! Book an “Add Me to the Wait List” appointment and a stylist will reach out to you within 1-2 business days. You may also EMAIL KULTUREKRIB@GMAIL.COM to follow up with us. Once confirmed with stylist please apply the “After Hours Retainer” add-on to your appointment. (Must first be confirmed with stylist)

If you do not arrive to your scheduled appointment without notice we will charge 50% of the scheduled service cost. Last minute cancellations may be charged an additional $50 cancellation fee. In addition, walking out of your scheduled appointment before completion may result in a charge from 25%-100%. By scheduling a service with us and/or paying for any products or services, you agree to provide a card on file that will be securely stored in accordance with PCI compliance. By scheduling any services with us you agree to the policy listed above and agree to any charges that may be incurred. We understand that emergencies occur and each case will be evaluated fairly.
